At LOGA Golf, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

Free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage

In original condition

Returned with all original tags attached

Returned in original packaging when possible
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LOGA Golf is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@logagolf.com with your order number and photos of the item.
